Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patient 55-85 years old 2. diagnosis primary osteoarthritis of the knee, compatible by ahlback classification grade 3 – 5 with failure conservative
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. secondary osteoarthritis of the knee 2. peripheral vascular disease 3. ligament instability or severe bone loss 4. high risk or unfit for surgery
