Inclusion criteria: Abnormal uterine bleeding

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal coagulating function 2. Used of anti-platelet & anti-coagulant drug 3. Allergy to Lidocaine 4. Pregnancy 5. Infection of pelvic organ 6. incompetent person 7. Cervical stenosis 8. Denied to join in
