Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: pertrochanter fracture

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: have any open wound have other fracture previously treated by other hospital pathological fracture from tumor or infection fracture which occur more than 48 hour before arriving hospital

pain score until patient get operative fixation visual analoge scale

MeasureTime frame
analgesic usage until patient get operative fixation morphine dose requirement,complication until patient get operative fixation observe ex pressure sore peroneal nerve palsy
