Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Woman age > 35 years with abnormal uterine bleeding

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No inform consent, pregnancy, pethidine or analgesic allergy, arrythmia, abnormal sensation, genitourinary neoplasms, coagulopathy, lower urinary tract infection, pelvic inflammatory disease
