The rationale of our study is the need to generate evidence&#45

Interventions

consisted of 82 participants with the following inclusion criteria young adult aged from 15 to 20 years&#44
regular use of PAD for the previous 6 months&#44
no hearing complaint&#44
no history of hearing loss&#44
exposure to noise&#44
ototoxic drugs or ear operation. ,consisted of 35 young adults aged from 15 to 20 years they never use PAD.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: young adult aged from 15 to 20 years, regular use of PAD for the previous 6 months, no hearing complaint, no history of hearing loss, exposure to noise, ototoxic drugs or ear operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of hearing loss or noise exposure
