Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who diagnosed as URI (Following the ICD-10 recorded J00-03)at OPD of Srinagarind hospital (Khon Kaen University)and two nearby PCU (123 and Samliam)in March,2020
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patients who had a history of betalactam allergy, contra-indicated for amoxicillin and co-amoxiclav
