18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults between 18-80 years 2. of either sex 3. with ASA physical status 1-3 4. undergoing lower limb orthopaedic surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with 1. allergy to study drugs 2. contraindications to neuraxial anesthesia 3. chronic opioid use 4. significant myocardial, renal, or hepatic impairment 5. psychiatric illness 6. nausea and vomiting during the operation
