Inclusion criteria: Subjects are 15-17 years old No systemic disease Permanent dentition No use of antibiotic within 2 week ago No orthodontic treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Uncooperative for oral examination Mixed dentition Periodontal treatment within 6 months ago
