Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.age group 50-70 years 2.ASA physical status (PS) 1-2 3.who were undergoing TURP surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with 1.a history of allergy to local anesthetic 2.psychiatric or neurologic illness 3.morbid obesity 4.coagulation disorder 5.refusal to study procedure

HAEMODYNAMIC STABILITY After giving injection,every 5 min for the first 30 min and then every 10 min until the end of surge Heart Rate, Systolic BP, Diastolic BP

Sensory Block at 3, 5, 10, 30, 45, 60 and 120 min after injection Wet Swab Test,Motor Block at 10 and 120 min after injection Modified Bromage Scale
