Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: BMI>=27.5 kg/m2 no more than 40 kg/m2 Normal menstruation No change of weight more than 3 kg in the past 6 months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exercise >= 2 times/week, >=10 min/time in one month before attending the research project. Hypertension Diabetes Abnormal EKG LDL-C >= 160 mg/dl or HDL-C <40 mg/dL Pregnant
