Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of PD related peritonits: 2/3 criteria of abdominal pain,PD fluid show WBC > 100 cells and PMN > 50% or posirtive PD culture Has risk factors or culture positive for ESBL producing organism stable hemodynamic condition
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: conjunction exit site or tunnel infection Peritonitis from other known cause Presence of systemic inflammatory response syndrome concomitant antibiotic for other conditions Known allergy to meropenem or carbapenems
