Conditions

Dry eye disease Concentration of epitheliotrophic growth factors in PRP and AS Efficacy in treatment of DED of PRP and AS Stability of epitheliotrophic growth factors in PRP and AS epitheliotrophic growth factor autologous serum platelet&#45

Interventions

• The whole blood&#44
collected from the patients&#44
will be prepared into a sterile tube without any anticoagulant added. • The autologous blood was incubated at 31 C° for 2 hours&#44
and then was centrifuged 3000×g for 30 minutes at 4 C°. • The supernatant was then collected&#44
sterilized and aliquoted. Participants are instructed to instill AS and PRP to each eye separately.,• The whole blood&#44
will be prepared into a sterile tube with 5 ml of 3.8% sodium citrate. • The autologous blood was immediately centrifuged 2&#44
200×g for 10 minutes at 22 ± 2°C. • The platelet&#45
rich plasma was collected&#44
sterilized and aliquoted. Participants are instructed to instill AS and PRP to each eye separately.
