Age
2 Years to 15 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: &#45; Age 2&#45;15 years &#45; Moderate to severe asthma exacerbation (Thammasat asthma score ≥ 5&#44; SpO2 < 95%) &#45; Non respond to SABAs or anticholinergic 3 doses with systemic corticosteroid

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: &#45; BT > 38.5 C &#45; Hypotension < P25 &#45; Renal&#44; pulmonary&#44; cardiology disease
