Eligibility
Sex/Gender

Age
18 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women who aged 18-45 2. Pregnant women at gestational age between 15-20 weeks and want to have prenatal diagnosis by amniocentesis 3. No fetal anomaly by trans abdominal ultrasound scan
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Twin pregnancy 2. Seen anomalies by trans abdominal ultrasound scan 3. More than 1 time of amniocentesis in this visit 4. Pregnant women who have cold urticaria 5. Pregnant women who have Reynuad phenomenon 6. Pregnant women who have skin infection at the area of amniocentesis 7. Pregnant women who have phycosis 8. Denied to participate
