Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults older than 18 years old Undergoing surgery under general anesthesia Intermediate to high risk surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diabetic patients No history of fasting blood sugar or HbA1C within 1 year before exclusion Patient who denies to sign inform consent
