Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Over 18 years old 2. CKD phase 3 - 4 3. Was diagnosed with osteoarthritis At the knee joint according to the Altman criteria and can match Kellgren-Lawrence grade 2 - 3 and have pain.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant 2. Underlying cirrhosis, hepatitis, bile duct disease or disease, cancer 3. Acute kidney injury, myocardial infartion 4. Curcumin allergy 5. Have a history of curcumin Or supplements that contain curcumin. Herbs or dietary supplements that reduce pain during the 2 months before the study. 6. Have a history of chondroitin sulfate, glucosamine, intraarticular hyaluron during the 2 months before the study.
