Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA II patient who has TURP surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: glaucoma, hyperthyroid , cardiovascular disease, pulmonary disease , morbid obesity , renal or hepatic dysfunction , neuromuscular disease, coagulopathy used premedication in surgery day
