Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • The participants with idiopathic normal pressure hydrocephalus who have already received cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) shunt surgery and have a good response to shunt surgery. • Who can follow commands and instructions • Who can walk independently at least 10 meters with or without an assistive device
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • The participants who did not response to shunt surgery • Who have unstable vital signs (blood pressure more than 160/90 mmHg, heart rate lower than 59 beats/min and higher than 90 beats/min • Have severe cardiopulmonary diseases that can disturb gait performance • Have severe musculoskeletal problems such as osteoarthritis (OA) or pain at the lower extremities or other parts that affect gait and mobility • Who are not ready for AOT training • Severe cognitive impairment, defined by MoCA, score lower than 17
