19 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I &#45;II 2. BMI < 35 3. Patient ability to understand the use of a Patient Controlled Analgesic (PCA) machine and Visual Analogue Scoring (VAS) scoring prior to operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic pain patient 2. History of chronic use of opiod in the past 3. Complicated appendicectomy which is perforated or required to convert to laparotomy 4. Appendicectomy lasting more than 3 hours.
