Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patients over 18 years old who were diagnosed with coronary artery disease with moderate to severe ischemic mitral regurgitation and underwent mitral valve repair (MVP) or mitral valve replacement (MVR) concomitant with coronary artery bypass grafting.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were primary valve disease, other concomitant cardiac surgery, and incomplete records
