Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with TURP Under spinal anesthesia American society anesthesiologist classification 1-3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Core temperature before anesthetic procedure is more than 37.5 degree Celsius Hemodynamic unstable Patient has volume overload Patient has hyper/hypothyroidism
