Interventions

The intervention group receives the exercise 30&#45
40 minutes per day through telemedicine 3 times a week for 12 weeks. The multicomponent exercise that including flexibility&#44
balance and aerobic. The intervention group receives health education to promote mental health&#44
and exercise for 4 times at first&#44
fourth&#44
sixth and twelveth week. The volunteers receive the smartwatch for step count tracking&#44
physical activity level recording&#44
heart rate monitoring when they have an exercise.,The control group receives only health education to promote mental health&#44
heart rate monitoring.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Bangkok Noi community-dwelling adult 60 years or older 2)Participants have prefrail according to "The Simple Frail Questionnaire Thai Version" 3)Participants do not have impaired cognitive function according to the "Thai Mental State Examination" (TMSE≥ 23). 4)Participants can communicate in Thai with no seriously impaired vision and hearing. 5)Participants or relatives have a smartphone.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Participants have any other medical conditions precluding them from exercise such as unstable cardiopulmonary disease. 2)Previous major surgery in 6 months or recent hospitalization in 3 months 3)regular exercise ≥ 3 times a week in 3 month
