Interventions

The control group will be measured all variables every week for 4 weeks without any training.,The SE training protocol will be modified from lower abdominal exercise progression and Sahrman core stabi
level 1&#44
4 and 5. All participants in SE group will start the training with basic breath (level 0). The training will be progressed to next step of exercise progression after the participant could complete the

the participants will be exercised and progressed exercise follow instruction manual that will be illustrated with video clip. All steps of SE exercise program will be started with basic breath (level

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: healthy individuals with low lumbar stability who achieved level 1-2 of the modified Isometric Stability Test (MIST).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A history of lower back pain in past 3 months, a history of spinal trauma or spinal or abdominal surgery, performed other exercise prior to start protocol, history of hula hoop exercise or core stabilization exercise in the past 6 months, could not maintain hula hoop at waist at least 20 ms with right maneuver or could not understand core stabilization exercise.
