Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: CKD stages 3a–5 non-dialysis Patients who had proteinuric kidney disease (microalbuminuria and proteinuria) with or without diabetes Patients who was treated at rural hospital
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patients who had kidney transplantation Patient who undergone dialysis treatment Patient who has Referred to provincial hospital Pregnancy or breastfeeding
