Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Primary Osteoarthritis treated with Computer assisted primary TKA with Intraoperative patellar maltracking -Age 40-90 years - treatment in Rajavithi hospital 2019-2020 - voluntary to participated research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Mental disorder and poor cognitive function - underlying disease Rheumatoid arthritis - Contralateral Osteoarthritis - Periprosthetic fracture - back pain and Ankle and foot disorder - Contralateral THA or TKA - previous Fx at the same side - Valgus knee - Fixed or severe varus knee - Loss of follow up
