Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Isolated sixth nerve palsy patients confirmed by neuro-ophthalmic examination Magnetic resonance images (MRI) protocol heavily T2 were performed at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital (KCMH).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Isolated sixth nerve palsy patients due to tumor compression and other specific cause. Severe headache Systemic infections and history of malignancy History of head injury
