Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Chronic hemodialysis patients at Rajavithi hemodialysis center -Hemodialysis here at least one month -Use AVF or AVG -Stable case -Expected to do hemodialysis here at least 1 year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Use new AVF less than 1 month -Infection of AVF or AVG -No consent form
