18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - aged 18 - 70 years old who undergo colonoscopy at NKC institute of gastroenterology and hepatology Unit -Available a smartphone that they or their caregiver have skillfully use -Colonoscopy at elective daytime outpatient -agree to sign inform consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - severe comorbidities (cardiovascular disease, chronic renal disease, etc.) ASA score class III - Mental illness - Inflammatory bowel disease - Active gastrointestinal bleeding - Previous history of gastrointestinal malignancy - Previous history of abdominal or colorectal surgery - Previous experience with colonoscopy - Allergy to the PEG solution or unable to tolerate PEG - Pregnancy
