Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. No smoking 2. The volunteers do not use aspirin, heparin, steroidal antibiotic before joining the project 14 days.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Volunteers have systemic diseases such as diabetes, heart, etc. 2.Volunteers have diseases about blood such as abnormalities in the tube wall blood and platelets, Hemophilia, Won etc. 3.Volunteers have tissue disease in teeth or dead teeth 4.Volunteers are pregnant
