Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient - Patient who has been diagnosed with end-stage chronic kidney disease and is treated with peritoneal dialysis Patients under the Peritoneal Dialysis Outcomes and Practice Patterns Study Thailand: PDOPPS - Age 18 years up - able to speak, read, write and understand Thai - There is a key maintainer as defined - Both the patient and the primary caregiver must be voluntary and agree to cooperate in answering the questionnaire. Caregiver - The primary caregiver for patient care as defined - Age 18 years up - able to speak, read, write and understand Thai - Both the patient and the primary caregiver must be voluntary and agree to cooperate in answering the questionnaire.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient - unable to answer all queries - Having severe relapse, unable to answer questionnaire - Request to withdraw from research for all reasons Caregiver - unable to answer all queries - Having severe relapse, unable to answer questionnaire - Request to withdraw from research for all reasons
