Interventions
Position the patient on her back with 45o head elevation using one pillow.
Massage procedure
1.Place both hands on the breast and start the massage by applying pressure through finger area. Massage a
massage the breast in circular motion starting from the base of the breast toward the nipple,
by applying pressure through index,
middle,
and ring fingers which are aligned together.
3.Manual expression of breast milk until the milk stop flowing,
then repeat steps (1) through (3) until no milk flow is observed after manual expression.
4.The total massage duration is approximately 30 minutes
5.Measure the mass size and scoring for pain.,Massage

18 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Breastfeeding mother age 18-45 years old 2. Develop new onset of blocked milk duct for less than 72 hours 3. Did not receive prior antibiotic or other treatment modalities
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Breastfeeding is contraindicated 2. History of breast surgery 3. Diagnosed with breast cancer or history of breast cancer 4. Mastitis 5. Breast abscess 6. Immunodeficiency or underlying diseases affecting immune functions such as overt DM 7. Peptic ulcer or allergic to NSAID 8. Recurrent blocked duct and was previously recruited into this study 9. Lack Thai language literacy
