Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A. Thai people, regardless of gender, age 15 years or older B. Depression level Mild up C. Who has been diagnosed with "Major Depressive Disorder" and Major Depressive Disorder with psychotic features according to the ICD-10 or DSM-V diagnosis criteria with a psychiatrist. D. No history of psychotic disorders or bipolar disorder and other psychotic disorders such as schizophrenia, alcohol dependence etc. E. Not suffering from a physical illness that may hinder treatment or respond to treatment F. Not currently undergoing ECT treatment G. able to communicate in Thai H. have family members that can be contacted and participate in project activities I. Agree and sign a letter of consent for participation in the project

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - history of psychotic disorders or bipolar disorder and other psychotic disorders such as schizophrenia, alcohol dependence etc. - suffering from a physical illness that may hinder treatment or respond to treatment - currently undergoing ECT treatment - No have family members that can be contacted and participate in project activities
