18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - healthy and normal bowel habit - BMI < 30 kg/m.sq - no previous chronic medical condition - normal vital signs - can give permission to sign consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - pregnancy - history of cephalosporins allergy - history of gastrointestinal tract surgery/bowel resection - history of adverse side effects of activated charcoal use - history of any antibiotics use in previous three months
