Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: &#45; healthy and normal bowel habit &#45; BMI < 30 kg/m.sq &#45; no previous chronic medical condition &#45; normal vital signs &#45; can give permission to sign consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: &#45; pregnancy &#45; history of cephalosporins allergy &#45; history of gastrointestinal tract surgery/bowel resection &#45; history of adverse side effects of activated charcoal use &#45; history of any antibiotics use in previous three months
