Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Pediatric patients of either sex, between 1 to 10 years - ASA classification 1-3 - Scheduled for lower extremity surgery (covered with lateral sciatic nerve), under general anesthesia - Inform consent - Participate only in this research
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Allergy to amide-type local anaesthetics - Skin infection at leg - The presence of a sacral dimple - Coagulopathy
