Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalized patients with catheter-related bloodstream infection caused by culture proven Gram-negative bacteria 2. Patients receive appropriate antibiotic treatment
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients without catheter removal 2. Patients have prosthetic valve or synthetic endovascular graft 3. Patients with neutropenia evaluated on antibiotic discontinuation day 4. Patients with persistent bacteremia, suppurative thrombophlebitis, septic emboli or other metastatic infectious complications such as infective endocarditis, septic arthritis, osteomyelitis, spondylodiscitis and deep-seated abscess evaluated on antibiotic discontinuation day 5. Patients have other indications for antibiotics that make them received antibiotic more than 7 days
