Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 2 Groups of Samples 1.The 1st Group is post-operative patients having impaired communication at a recovery room for observation 2. The 2nd Group is nurses having work experience at a recovery room about 2 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients do not volunteer for joining a study and they can stop participating anytime if they want to.
