15 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient aged 15-65 year-old 2.Non-emergent sugery in supine position which general anesthesia with endotracheal tube technique in Vajira hospital 3.Patient who has American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status of I-II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Head and Neck surgery 2.Patient who has chronic upper respiratory tract infection or recent pneumonia in 7 days before intervention 3.Patient who was anticipated difficult intubation 4.Patient who has full stomach 5.Pregnancy patient 6.Patient who was anticipated remain intubation in postoperative period
