Learning how to do Self Epley at Day 0 and do Self Epley at home in the morning and evening every day until no vertigo when doing Self Epley and record symptom when perform Self Epley. Follow up 7 day

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Unilateral Posterior semicircular canal BPPV

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have Lateral semicircular canal BPPV Have Superior semicircular canal BPPV Have or suspected other cause of vertigo Spontaneous nystagmus severe vertigo cannot follow up cannot do Self-CRP completely Did CRP for this episode of vertigo before accept for research
