18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Both male and female after tonsillectomy 2. American society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) I-III 3. Age 18-65 4. Elective case 5. Co-operative

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patient with disease e.g. Asthma, Allergic rhinitis, Hyperactive airway, Obstructive sleep apnea 2. Smoking > 20 pack/year 3. Opioid allergic 4. BMI > 30 kg/m2 5. On tracheostomy tube or remain intubation
