Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy subjects age 20-65 years old. 2.No facial procedure at least 1 year before enrollment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnancy and lactation 2.History of botulinum toxin resistances 3.History of allergy to botulinum toxin 4.History of abnormal bleeding and coagulopathy 5.History of neuromuscular disease 6.History of infection or inflammation on the treated area
