Interventions

After the overnight fast&#44
participants will be asked to come to the clinical research unit&#44
Institute of Nutrition&#44
Mahidol University. They will be collected basal samples (blood and breath). Then&#44
a test meal will be given immediately after basal collection and then hourly. Subsequently&#44
breath samples will be collected in exetainer vials at 60&#44

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Healthy adult - Aged 20-45 years old - Body mass index ranged 18.5-24.9 kg/m2 - Able to consume mungbean - No food allergy - Normal lifestyle in the previous week - No smoking - No alcohol drinking

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Pregnancy - Diagnosed with non-communicable disease - Diagnosed with communicable disease - Significantly weight loss or weight gain in the past 6 months - Taking any medications or dietary supplements within 4 weeks - Athletes - Never consuming mungbean - Habitual smoking or alcohol consumption
