Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) First-time subcortical ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke, 1-6 months after stroke occurred 2) Age 20-80 years old with unilateral stroke 3) Right hand dominant 4) Mild to moderate UE impairment 5) Intact cognitive function 6) Able to sit independently for at least one hour 7) Normal or corrected vision
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Severs pain on paretic limb 2) Severe UE sensory impairment 3) Other neurological condition that effected hand function 4) Motor aphasia, sensory aphasia and global aphasia 5) Receive other task specific training of UE 6) Positive screening for contraindication of TMS
