1 Months to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 1month to 18 years Body weight more than 3 kilograms Paticipants will receive Piperacillin Tazobactam for treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Received PTZ within 7 days prior to the day of enrollment Receiving any types of renal replacement therapy RRT or extracorporeal membrane oxygenation ECMO Penicillin allergy
