Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Ophthalmology patient who have diabetic retinopathy and/or cataract and/or wet type of age-related macular degeneration 2. Age ≥ 18 years old 3. No mental health related problem nor mental retardation 4. Native language of Thai

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient/respondents who indicated for not understand the task on a feasibility questionnaire 2. Patient/respondents who did not differentiate between any of different health states 3. Patient/respondents who did not trade off any time (non -trader)
