Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Patients undergoing T-L level spinal tumor decompression and instrumentation -Aged over 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Allergic to tranexamic acid -Coagulopathy or Bleeding tendency -History of thromboembolic events -Serum creatinine level > 2 mg/dL - Pregnancy or breast feeding - ASA class IV
