18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic kidney disease stage 3-5 before dialysis 2. Patients aged 18 - 80 years old 3. Level 25 (OH) D in the blood, less than 30 ng / mL
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 patients who have been diagnosed as primary or tertiary hyperparathyroidism 2 Patients who have previously received vitamin D ergocalciferol 3 Patients receiving active form of vitamin D 4 Blood calcium levels greater than 10.5 mg / dL 5 Blood phosphate levels greater than 5.5 mg / dL 6 Cancer 7 Chronic diseases expected to die within 6 months
