Inclusion criteria: - Aged 0-18 years of age - History of cancers and treated at Phramongkutklao Hospital - History of treatment with 6-mercaptopurine

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - No medical records or laboratory records identified - History of allergy to 6-mercaptopurine - Contraindication for using 6-mercaptopurine
