Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinically and histopathologicaly diagnosed or compatible with OLP 2. Oral lichenoid drug eruption (OLDR), the oral lesion that appear the same as idiopathic OLP clinically and histopathologicaly and have history of taking medications at least 1 type that was associated with this reaction. 3. Thongprasom Sign score from 1 to 5 in the Patients with OLP lesions 4. Adult patients aged 18 years and above. 5. Able to communicate. 6. Able to provide consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. OLP patients have no oral lesion. 2. Patients have pregnant. 3. Current smokers or ex-smokers with evidence of smoking within the past 6 months. 4. Patients with current active infection or acute illness of any kind. 5. Patients with presence of any other oral mucosal lesion. 6. Patients are unable to communicate
