Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 20 - 35 years old undergoing IVF treatment with male factor infertility according to WHO criteria, of which need ICSI for assisted fertilization.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: poor responder Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome
