Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients who underwent PRK at the Khon Kaen University LASIK center between march 2019 and march 2020

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: underlying systemic disease or ocular disorders that may have affected corneal epithelial healing diabetes connective tissue disease recurrent corneal erosion severe dry eye Corneal scarring history of herpes simplex keratitis high intraocular pressure

ocular pain post operative day 1,2,3 visual analog scale,corneal epithelial wpund healing post operative day 1,2,3 slit lamp

MeasureTime frame
visual acuity post operative 1 month and 3 month snellen chart,corneal haze post operative 1 month and 3 month slit lamp biomicroscope,refractive outcome post operative 3 month refraction,intraocular pressure post operative goldmann applanation more than 5 from baseline
